once its legal framework is set up then no doubt there will be elections,,,,,,,,,,, one man one vote etc.....

steering groups are usually comprised of anyone who has an interest and relevant skills.....
thats why over 250 people have put their names forwards to help so far

the current trust initiators can quite easily be moved on if the steering committee see fit..... including mr peacock
