Re: FA Cup Semi Final Ticket Rush
I'm still looking for two adult tickets if anyone has spare but I'm still also waiting for general sale, hopefully we'll have some left
Pfffft.

Personally think there'll be loads. I know ST/Lifleine members who aren't taking their full allocation. I got tickets right next to where someone bought them a few days ago.
Really don't think we'll sell out.

You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

I know, I just remember driving up to come and get tickets for the Boro Final only to find out they had sold out when I arrived. Made worse by having booked a night in a travel lodge with walls so thin you could hear other people enjoying what I think was valentines weekend.Lord Kangana wrote:Personally think there'll be loads. when i purchased tickets this morning all the 30/40 pound tickets were on 'good availability' as were a scattering of the 50 pound tickets..only the 60 pound tickets had sold out and around 3 or 4, 50 pound blocks had 'limited availability'. hope this puts some of you at ease!

This will put souls at ease: http://www.theboltonnews.co.uk/sport/wa ... 0/?ref=rss" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
But I laughed at 'Stoke sold 20,000 on their first day'. Sigh

We have fewer STH's. I'm sure if they'd both gone on general sale already they'd have both sold out by now.HMX wrote:This will put souls at ease: http://www.theboltonnews.co.uk/sport/wa ... 0/?ref=rss" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

The players you fail to sign never lose you any money.

Two victorious and eminently winnable league games would help n all... in all kinds of ways...

It will be an absolute travesty if we don't sell out!

Why do you think that? Travesty of what?enrdentw wrote:It will be an absolute travesty if we don't sell out!
Disappointment, of course, i could understand... But we are what we are... A club in a northern town, with a declining population, in a time of serious economic uncertainty...
I'm proud of the decision of thousands of our fans to follow their club, understanding of those who might be cautious, sceptical of those who claim passion but elect a golf course first and know the real passion of those who can't afford tickets and a £120 plus round trip, but can afford £20 in a pub...
This is the club we've both chosen to follow... It's how it is... what's the problem?
And may yet sell out...

Re: FA Cup Semi Final Ticket Rush
Bolton is very similar in size and demographic as Stoke. So I don't think we can use that as an excuse. Granted, travesty maybe a too stronger word but for a club the size of Bolton and a first appearance at the new Wembley it will be such a shame not to take a full house. Blackpool (under different circumstances) filled out their end of Wembley last year as did a number of other 'smaller' clubs, so on that basis it will be hugely disappointing not to take full capacity.William the White wrote:Why do you think that?
