Bring back Robbo.

Even Worthy might agree.

Bad day at the office - never deserved to lose, and certainly not by 3.

Onwards and upwards to geordie land we go.

Fully agree. Does anyone really think that the next 8 games will serve up anything other than more of the same?
it's kinda difficult to imagine where we will summon the hwyl from if we can't summon it at home against Fulham....

Alonso definitely HAS potential, just needs to man up a bit and stay switched on. A short time on loan somewhere next season (in the championship if/when we stay up 8)) would do him some good. Just all looks abit too much, too soon for me.

My goodness, we were shite.

That's all.

My first live game for a couple of months. My God we were dire. Shwarzer will never have an easier 90 minutes. 1 shot on target that was straight at him & a success of corners & free kicks that were harmlessly chipped up for him to come and catch.

The team looked sluggish to me today with only sporadic flashes of urgency & zero creativity.

I thought Ream & Petrov both played well & SKD's introduction actually brightened us up for a short spell. Reo Coker does the water carrying job efficiently but at 0-2 down offers us nothing as an attacking force, Ngog is looking like an expensive mistake, Eagles is a reasonable championship player & Alonso surely cannot have a worse 90 minutes for the rest of his career.

Sad to say, but on that showing I'm afraid there's no hope.

I forgot to say ... Petrov, in the circumstances, was outstanding.

as flat as a flat pancake that has just been rolled over by a very heavy pancake flattening thing.
awful... and if we get the hiding i expect on Monday it will be hard to pick ourselves up.
could be the last turning point in what has been a season of them.

Marcos Alonso is totally shite.

Sorry Alonso is pure wank. Got away with his terrible defending at Wolves, but not today.

Bad buy, very bad buy!

I've come to the conclusion that Ngog is also shit.

I felt a bit sorry for him originally, being up front on his own and having to try and do all the donkey work himself to get in a position to score, but his first touch is shocking, it usually ends up going through his legs and rolling off into a crap position. When he does finally shoot after pissing about, it's always a powder puff that the keeper can sit down and scratch his arse before picking it up.

Three goals in however many appearances is a poor return, I'm sure KD has got more than him despite having only half the playing time of Ngog... and KD isn't exactly a goal machine.
