Then when Burke got the ball and Chungy sauntered goalside (eventually), he made absolutely no effor to press him and picked his man out at the far post. God knows where the rest of the defence were..

A really shitty goal
Yep it was horrific. IMO if people want to slag Freedman off it should be for this goal and not for substitutions that actually did broadly work in terms of making us more solid and getting us back into the game.

But this goal....

Ream isn't a defender. He cannot defend. Yet he keeps being picked.

Lee had a decent game but switched off at the point he needed to provide cover. And the centre halves went missing.

Their second goal was a rush of blood from a player - I'm not sure there is a lot you can do about that.

But the first goal we were exposed as a team.

We had bodies back though, which the most baffling thing..

Spearing looked devastated, but he's the feckin' captain and he cost us dearly. I thought we were in control until that incident.

And you're right about the subs, although I would have brought off mason for Trotter at the same time as Medo came off for Pratley. Was impressed by Trotter.. Thought he looked good.

Says a man that thinks Trotter 'looked good'. At what exactly?

Haha.. Calm down frilly knickers!!

I thought he looked for the ball and actually carried it pretty well.. He doesn't waste much (food or pass!)

He stemmed the flow of Forest midfield dominance and we got back into the game as a result of his inclusion

I thought Trotter looked decent against Forest and against Bury.

Far from mind blowing but like BB I think he looked positive on the ball and he can actually weight a pass. Definitely made a difference against Forest.

He was only on for 20 minutes, and I can't think of a single notable contribution. Being able to weigh a pass is pretty staple fare for a professional footballer, I'd say.

It should be Bruce, but you've watched us long enough, to know that it isn't!
