Just got out of the ground, totally dominated the game.... Until we scored. Bogdan could have done better on both their goals. Apart from their goals(!), afobe and m Davies were anonymous, afobe heavily at fault for the first. At least we didn't cave in, and kept going. Last ten minutes lots of pressure, late sub shook it up and paid off. I'll take that point, thank you vert much. Onwards and upwards with king dougie!

Just at Wolverhampton station.

First half text summary I sent to my fellow wanderers: Played ok. Don't deserve to be losing but equally don't deserve to be winning. Good corner by petrov and finish by Afobe to put us one up after an even 15/20mins - wolves defence no where to be seen! then Afobe gave away the ball really easily and we couldn't defend there two pass break from just inside their half. Second goal for wolves came from a free kick. Bogdan looked like he could have done better and they reacted quicker to the rebound. Even game. They are attacking directly and quickly (purposely) and causing us a few problems. Good game. Could still go either way. Need a point!

Second half summary text: Thoroughly deserved point and was the better side over the 90. We changed to a higher tempo style. Didn't think the goal was going to come but to be fair Bolton didn't panic, didn't play long ball and we managed to score a blinding top corner finish from outside the box after a host of chances and about 70% possession. We reverted to 3 at the back with 5 mins to play and once we equalised we put K.Davies at centre half. Warnock and Spearing didn't have the greatest games in my opinion. Afobe was terrible and Ngog did OK but looked a little rusty with his touch and interplay. Man of the match was M.Davies.

Overall... A great game, good performance and crucial point. Something for Dougie to build on!

Sent from my iPhone on the 21:57 to Birmingham New St full of Wolves fans.

Just came back home,I only saw result on my mobile. Is this real? No conceded penalty??

Seeing bwfc fans want a winner in 90+ time - incredible. 8)

Thought M.Davies was superb and carried spearing.

Three best players on the park were:

1. M.Davies
2. C.Eagles
3. K. Davies

However, we all watch football through different eyes and I could be wrong!

Andrews was on for warnock. Sounded like KD did alright back there albeit brief.

Yes, well finished from afobe, and good volley (or half volley) from m Davies, although neither player did much else in my book. Petrov excellent. Ricketts looked good when he came on.

ridiculous ricketts doesn't get a start in our defence. he's better than all of them. in every position. including bogdan!

Especially as the seats were a long way off most of the action, suffering a bit of eye strain! Re: m Davies, every time he got the ball, there was a chorus of boos from the home crowd. But I can't remember them booing more than half a dozen times. Eagles involved lots, but tried too much, would help of there was more movement about him. Skd solid.

With a new management, he well might. A point away at Wolves isn't the end of the world and if we get somebody up front with confidence to shoot, things may change for the good. N'gog sounded awful tonight?

From a very distant view of the Molinuex pitch this is my player-by-player appraisal:

Bogdan: looked like he could have done better withe free kick. Can't put any blame on him for the first. Didn't look convincing at corners.

Mears: poor first half, gave the ball away a lot and mistimed runs going forward. Solid second and better support play moving forward.

Mills: not sure if he was injured when he got subbed off. His strongest game in a Bolton shirt in my opinion. Carried the ball out well at times but often tried silly misplaced long balls at times. Phillips and co put a stop to that at HT.

Ream: OK. No really mistakes. Positioning practice and more time playing time with Mills and dare I say it we might have a centre half partnership on our hands.

Warnock: for me today he was poor. Gave the ball away cheaply and nearly gifted wolves the games at 2-1 when he should have cleared it!

Spearing: Not good enough by his recent high standards.

M.Davies: picked up the ball deep, played some good passes and went on 3 or 4 of his probing runs with ball. Great equaliser. Him and Spearing bossed the centre of the midfield. Henry and doumbie (I think) couldn't get near them.

Afobe: work rate abysmal. Didn't look on the same wavelength as the other attacking players. Gave away the ball away for their first and he was to blame! Right decision to drag him off at HT. took his goal well in fairness.

Eagles: Consistent performance again. Looked dangerous and looks a real asset for us in this league.

Petrov: The usual. Signs of brilliance and frustration. Great corner for the first and drifted in and of the game.

K.Davies: Played well. Good link up play with the rest of the attack. Just needed that bit of sharpness in and around the box which stopped him putting away a chance. Troubled the wolves defence in his usual manner.

Ngog: as before. Looked rusty but was mobile. Just really can't make my mind up about him.

We need a strike partnership. I'd like to see us try KDavies up front with eagles in a free role behind on a consistent basis.

Couldn't agree more about the view. I was that far back I couldn't even hear the Wolves fans at all really never mind the boo's!

Me too. Especially seeing as he gives us options right across the defence.
