Bish - confused me too, I believe that the issue is the late game - as the Beeb's table is live, it added a point to notts forest because they've kicked off

nahh - they have us back in 9th now - they hadn't added on our 3pts from today! the point forest have for currently being 0-0 puts them level on pts with us - but worse gd...

he was lurking through the game...
But he will still know we need more structure!

Just back - crowd played their part. Yes Boggers spilled one, but in my book some crackin saves made up for it.
For me Spearing MOTM again.

Away fans were good today, I was sat on half way so heard it all from afar.

Would describe the game as frantic, no long spells of possession for either side and a lot of long stuff. Think our better and harder-working front two were the most obvious difference as their front men didn't offer much.

Barnsley's second was a shocker from Bogdan but he claimed plenty of aerial balls without any difficulty. We've won the game so hopefully it won't play on his mind...

Easy this game when you start a goal up due to your centre half.

2 more wins and I'll think P word.

Tried to post about eight times at the final whistle, then gave up and took the dog for a walk (he'd been sat staring at me for forty-five minutes.). Nervy second half only hearing it, but a good tough win in the end. Well done the lads. To fight back after two hard jabs and score another was a sign our determination is building back. Well chuffed.

Actually I think the Beeb may have been right at one time or another. We were in 8th when we were winning and Leeds was tied. We dropped to 9th when Barnsley tied the score. Then we scored and went to 8th again, but dropped back when Leeds scored in the 72nd minute. Then, as soon as the Wednesday game started and Forest had a point, we dropped to 10th where we now reside.

Not been back long and I can hardly talk. Oakwell is proper old school and glad I went

Dancing in the aisle when Dawson put us 3-2 up.

Interesting theory but Leeds had finished by the time we kicked off!

Love to TD:

Bogger: Made some brilliant saves to keep us in the game early on, spilled the shot for the second a game he'll have to move on from
Alonso: Looked accomplished and worked well with CYL, think he still needs work on the defensive side of his game
Dawson: EPIC, he scores goals, I feel safer having him there next to Knight
Ricketts: Lost a yard or two of pace for me, just steadily goes about his business though
Spearing: Brilliant performance for me, topped off with a goal
Pratley: Couple of bad touches, his work rate is excellent but you get the feeling he's always going to make a mistake somewhere
CYL: Still coming back to his best, thought he played really well today
Eagles: Got too frustrated when he couldn't get round their players, set up N'Gog and looked about 75% back to his best
Cravies: Should have scored, why he decided to chest it to Luke Steele I'll never know but he holds the ball up well
N'Gog: One of his better games, industrious and always looking to run at players, thought he terrorized the Barnsley defence at times, unfairly given fouls against on at least three occasions after tracking their players

Medo: He came from Partizan, he's better than Zidane, according to the Wanderers faithful chants
Wheats: Defended as much as he had to when he came on
Pfffft.

Craig Davies was offside for that bizarre chest-shot. Lino was on the same side as the crosser so he must have good peripheral vision if he saw a flag while the ball was in the air.

Nice day out and just down the road. The whole area seems very different to last time. We must've got lost before!

I thought we were well on top first half and cruising. After the break when we conceded one the second seemed inevitable but a nice winner from Dawson. Bolton fans were in great voice. I don't think you can be over critical of Boggers for spilling shots. The Barnsley keeper spilled a couple for at least two of our goals, maybe these balls are very spillable.

That's 7 out of 9 away from home for me this season :D
