Re: Abdoulaye's going t'Souk transfer thread
If it was down to one bad game, I'm very sure that he'd have been given a second chance. Otherwise, you'd have to think Dougie has really lost it.
But beyond that, we have no chance of getting into the play offs, we look a reasonable bet not to go down. So why waste a load of cash. Given, and the consensus seems to be that its a given, we're slashing the wage bill? The way we've approached that problem makes no sense whatsoever.

You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

Mears must have committed some cardinal sin which cannot be mentioned in public, and doesn't seem interested in playing at the moment considering that he has refused to go on loan when the opportunity presented itself. Never rated him.
Anything at this moment that will strengthen our squad to keep us up until the summer clearance sale is welcome.

Dunne like Richard:
Bolton Wanderers have completed the loan signing of Alan Hutton from @AVFCOfficial with the deal set to run until March 29.

He really must and I can only think there's been an indiscretion (posh word for he's been shagging someone he ought not to have been) or he got round to telling Freedman that he was a fck-wit.irie Cee Bee wrote:Mears must have committed some cardinal sin which cannot be mentioned in public, and doesn't seem interested in playing at the moment considering that he has refused to go on loan when the opportunity presented itself. Nothing else explains that, despite our form, our results, our injuries, our loans and loan refusals he still is a non-person. Let's ignore DF's remarks about him being a well behaved professional, training well, having no problems with him personally and that it's just that he's not his idea of a full-back (only semi-quotes again, but I can't be arsed getting the actual ones). That's simply bllx.
So he turned down a loan to Millwall (who wouldn't ??). Find another club. If he's refused to be loaned, full-stop then don't use him unless we get to a crisis. Bur we HAVE hit a crisis.
It's DF cutting OUR noses of to spite OUR faces.
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

Ah good. But don't burn your lips: leave it on the window-sill to cool, and hope those pesky Bash Street Kids aren't passing.KeyserSoze wrote:Pye out

Im delighted with the signing of Hutton, I saw him play for Spuds and he is nothing short of outstanding. He just offers so much going forward and defensively, he is the complete full back.
"Oh f**k off you daft southern c**t"
Re: Abdoulaye's going t'Souk transfer thread
If he is so good why have no one else come in for him? He is an average full back but he should be more than good enough for the Championship.danhorwich wrote:Im delighted with the signing of Hutton, I saw him play for Spuds and he is nothing short of outstanding. If he was as good as Dan thinks then he would be a bargain for someone.Jez wrote:He's on 40 grand a weekmalcd1 wrote:If he is so good why have no one else come in for him? Some Chelsea fans have told me that apparently he's decent and has made the bench for the first team a few times this season.

Whoa neddy, lets just hang on there a cotton-picking-minute.
I thought part of our Brave New World was not taking other peoples youngsters and training them up for other people, enjoying no long term benefits for ourselves?
