Not the subject matter, but the droning, over-long delivery. No wonder politicians get a bad name !!
I didn't understand a word he was saying! might have been because i was in Lofthouse upper. Can somebody shine some light on what was said?

Aye, Moo isn't as bad as folk make out, but Parker-Holden would be by a country mile the best midfield outside the top three four or five and better than some in it. Noble would be fourth choice here. At best.

Parker and Holden would be two men doing the same job. Have to be Moo the destroyer with one or the other. Pesonally, I'd rather stick with what we have.Prufrock wrote:Aye, Moo isn't as bad as folk make out, but Parker-Holden would be by a country mile the best midfield outside the top three four or five and better than some in it. I'd take Parker from them, that's it - the rest are absolutely wank.

Parker and Holden are both all round midfield players and are ideal for the 4-4-2 we play. Both break up and make play.TANGODANCER wrote:Parker and Holden would be two men doing the same job. Can't see an argument for why they'd not be good together. But hey no chance of us getting Parker up here!

Of course you do - we put on our skimpiest French maid's outfit and bend over for your lot twice a year

If only the rest of them had that sense of humour.
Re: Bolton - Wet Spam
Parker would excell in our midfield, he'd have to do less, so in turn could do more...if that makes sense.
Holden + Parker would be a dream midfield tbh.
