He is blaming everyone else. He says he's had his hands tied. The job hasn't matched his ambitions.

He is part of the problem not the solution. Handing out large contracts, relatively for our position, then moaning he hasn't had money.

This is exactly what has landed our club where it is. Need to bring a manager in who can work with a budget not one who just continually throws money away and wants more. The gravy train stops here and we need managers who realise that.
