Sorry, not at the moment. Although I know James, I don't work *at* FFT any more –although I'm supposed to be seeing him soon to discuss stuff I may being doing *for* them. (I still write pieces for them - like a lot of this week's "stuff we hate about modern football". It's just words in a line.)

Not today though, I'm too busy doing that "writing" thing - and as I'm on my own clock today rather than someone else's, I'm minimising distractions. (Having a quick peep at TW with my double-pastie lunch #freelance)

If you don't ask, knowing the above -- you'll go mad wondering (I would anyhow)

What this also says to me is that if the good word on who it is, is doing the rounds, ain't no way it's gonna last until 3/4th April.

I have a funny James Brown story from mid 90's in midst of the full-on Loaded years. Should dust it down at some point.

Let's get a few facts nailed down here
1. The buyer isn't being named because the judge has said "you can't name the buyer".
2. The judge has as much clue as to who the 'buyer' is, as you or I.
3. The only reason an extension was given was for reasonable cause, i.e. the judge judged that the defendant could possibly pay up sometime soon. He had no reason to seek assurances on that - none whatsoever.

Judges often say "x" can't be identified. Doesn't always stop it occuring. Certainly won't stop people speculating.

I really couldn't give a flying fcuk about his motives for extending.

In amongst all the "stuff", I spotted a tweet from someone who I think was actually in the Court Room suggesting Hilary had said she hadn't actually "seen" any documentation that had supposedly been drawn up the previous night and that it's validity wasn't tested by the Court...

As I said, blank piece paper ... Judge has to decide whether he wants a quiet life or be destroyed on the infamy of one decision. How hard is it to defer it... Just look at fxcking Brexit.

I'm not sure you've factored in the possibility of a Bury supporting judge. As remote a possibility as that might be, if we got one then I suspect they'd bask in the glory of sanctioning our demise.

JB's response to an enquiry about his earlier tweet. I vaguely knew him (friends with his sister) in the mid 80s when we both lived in Hulme. He did a great fanzine called Attack on Bzag.

We ARE making the same point. (with a very slight different emphasis as to where we get our 'evidence' from, which is virtually irrelevant).
