Well, yes .... though can't even imagine on their wages. Plus how many season's can Bridge more or less sit out before he's actually, you know, like .... rubbish ?
Still got more pace than Robinson, right?

Fair assumption. The other option is more precise though .... that it says f-all.

Daily Mirror today says that Ol' Twitcher is having to get rid of some of his fringe players to make signings including Stephen Pienaar (who it also suggests could be offered on loan) and Kranjcar

Haha hit the nail on the head there Bish. Everytime i've seen him play in the league, in the league at least, he has come on for the last 20 and been heaped with praise from the commentators (usually Ray Wilkins) without actually having done an awful lot. By such reckoning i'm tempted to put him under the 'one for the future' category however I guess you could have said the same about Sturridge this time last year and unlike 'the other one' from chelsea currently at the club Mc Eachran hasn't been loaned out previously. Also without having completely stunned he hasn't really looked out of his depths neither which in a top four club at his age is very impressive and the lad will instantly gain some kudos from me for being willing to step in and try and do a job at a club in such dire states as ours, as will any player who comes through the doors in January.

My one concern however is a move for Josh rules out one for Lukaku, who everyone's sure is one hell of a talented guy, and seems to be a goal scorer. I'm sure there's a few decent Chelsea supporters who drop in here every now and again who'll be in a much better position to comment then I am but that's my somewhat limited view of the lad.

JME can pass and hold onto the ball, ie different of every other wanker we have in midfield.

Don't think we'd have a chance of Lukaku either way, with Torres being crap, Sturridge being played as a winger and Drogba and Kalou away on African Nations Cup duty, Lukaku will be on the bench for Chelsea at least.

It sounds like everyone and his dog is after McE.

Maybe OC's special relationship can put up to the front of the queue. Not sure, wouldn't hold breath on this one after Kakuta.

Got my fingers, toes and dick crossed that we sign Onuoha and Ream in this window. Desperate for options with Knight being shite, Cahill leaving (and suffering a massive lapse in form), and Ricketts not being match fit. Not quite lost hope yet.

According to Nixon we cant sign another loan player from Chelsea, so if he's right and I assume so we can't sign McE.

You've got a secret bromance crush on Nixon haven't you?

Anyway, I think he's right; I'm sure DSB posted the rules regarding multiple loans from the same club last transfer window.

Would Billy Sharp be worth a punt? Doncaster have said today that he has a 3m release clause. Very good technically, only 25 yrs old and scored 9 so far. He's similar to Shane Long at West Brom and could have the same impact.

Kakuta's loan finishes in January would that not make us eligible to buy McE? I thought the rule was that you can't have two players from the same club at the same time.

Regarding Lukaku, he can't sign for anyone on loan until next summer as he's played for two teams this season (I think at least).

It's all very complicated... On one hand I wish they'd do away with the loan system, on the other hand that would leave us screwed.

Apparently you can't loan more than one player from a Prem club per season!

Now I'm not suggesting Nixon ever half arses it, but the we can't have Mcuwhfaogheopghspighsp coz we've had Kakuta appeared on the BBC gossip column via another shit newspaper. I'm not sure he has checked.

Only because DSB posted the verbatim PL rules, and I don't remember there being anything to suggest we couldn't swap Mchuqofhoihsaighsi for Kakuta. It seemed to indicate it was one from any other club at any one time. I may have remembered it wrong, the Mirror may be shit. Both are highly possible.
