If – and I don't know that this is the case - Andrews is on £20kpw and Brighton are only paying half of his wage, we're paying him £500k a year to not play for us (in order to save £500k).

I don't think he's getting told about all these brilliant players, the message seems to be we don't have a strong enough squad.
