And you'd have said they had no chance against Man Utd.
Any result that can go badly for us, will go badly for us.
Yeah but Man Utd are shite

Agree about Sordell and Ream, there wasn't any fight in us today which don't half piss me off mate.Sponge wrote:Jokers in White wrote:Reo Coker can't be having a go at anyone after his shite performance today.
He had an absolute Pratley.
Gonna try not to get too down about this one. Sordell looked bright, and Ream looked solid—reads the game well.

Ianmooreslovechild wrote:Bit of a wasted opportunity. Chelsea aren't all that good. Overall we did OK containing them. Another daft set piece goal and poor tracking from midfield for the third but we were hardly being cut to threads.
On the plus side apart from picking Pratley Coyle seemed to make reasonably sane substitutions and allowed the side to keep their shape. If ever we dont have Mavis available surely Tuncay is the fella to put in there. Pratley is the sort of lazy wet fart of a player who can only serve the purpose of winding up his own teams fans.

Re: The Battle of Stamford Bridge
Today was never going to end up with us getting points.
Thought we were decent in the 1st half, but the early goal 2nd half was a sickener.
After that we played some decent stuff but were always going to leave gaps at the back.
Thought there were some plusses with Ream having a good game, Ryo looked good going forward but what he thinks about when on the post for corners I really don't know. Negatives include Pratley and Tuncay, One is not up to it, the other is being played in the wrong position, so another negative is the manager who brought both to the club.

The tosser doesn't have the decency to break his leg in a freak training ground accident ruling him out for a season .

If results go right next week, everyone to lose, then at least we'll still be in touch, and with QPR, Blackburn and Wolves the next games we're still in with a chance.

I hope Mark Davies will be fit for the City game, he makes a massive difference to our midfield.

Can't see us getting anything at City, its the 3 matches after that really matter.Jokers in White wrote:I hope Mark Davies will be fit for the City game, he makes a massive difference to our midfield.

He does when Shitley is the apparent option.Jokers in White wrote:I hope Mark Davies will be fit for the City game, he makes a massive difference to our midfield.
Davies missing was a greaat opportunity to put Tuncay where he should be.
Ah well, no overall surprise.
Next week I think I'll just not bother looking till Monday's papers.
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

Well if we can't beat QPR, Blackburn and Wolves then we deserve to be relegated.Turkish Trotter wrote:Jokers in White wrote:Well its definitely 3 from 5 now after todays results for the drop.

Re: The Battle of Stamford Bridge
I still think there was a point in it for us.Bit of a fortunate break for Luiz,Miyaichi not staying on the post,no tracking ofLampard.really 3 poor goals conceeded. Chelsea were generally poor and gave the ball away a lot. We just didnt have the wherewithall to do anything with our opportunities.I'll add pratley to the list of albatrocities who should never ever ever be in our starting 11. The thought of him idly leaching a living out of our club over the next 4 years is the bleakest thing about today.Turkish Trotter wrote:Today was never going to end up with us getting points.

Chelsea havent won in 6. If we had anything about us there could easily have been a point. As it is once again we let a struggling side and manager under pressure off the hook!
