DO we disqualify the pages where there is no actual mention of a transfer from the 201 page count ? ...Lost Leopard Spot wrote:Cheeky fecker, I was trying to save you from OCD overload.Gary the Enfield wrote:It wasn't me that tipped it over. It was that LLS the attention seeking 2hat.

Remember 2013 when we lost £50m even though the wagebill was 'only' £37.4m?
Was any of that huge shortfall paid to Davies as loan repayments?

The wage bill was 'only' £37.4m but revenues were 'only' £35m. Making the wage bill roughly 107% of revenue that year. I really have no idea how we've found ourselves in this situation...

Neither do any fans, but we're not worth explaining to.Beefheart wrote:No.boltonboris wrote:Remember 2013 when we lost £50m even though the wagebill was 'only' £37.4m?

So £47.6m left the club and we've no idea where it went? Because I don't recall us buying any fvckerBeefheart wrote:No.boltonboris wrote:Remember 2013 when we lost £50m even though the wagebill was 'only' £37.4m?

Re: If carlsberg did transfer threads.....This would be it!
In the 2013 Accounts, we earned in Revenue circa £35m. It cost us (excluding player trading for a moment) £65m to operate the Club. Out of that £7.5m was for interest payments and similar charges. Moonshift were paid £6.5m. (So that's "down £30m")boltonboris wrote:Remember 2013 when we lost £50m even though the wagebill was 'only' £37.4m?

On the Player front, we lost £20m on intangible fixed assets - this is due to how the player Contracts (intangible fixed assets) are treated in the Accounts. They're treated as an asset. That's pretty much your next £20m making up the £50m total.

Whatever happened to that business of capping the player wage bill to 60% of overall income? Did I dream that up or did it just wither on the vine? Or even fail to get off of the ground?Beefheart wrote:No.boltonboris wrote:Remember 2013 when we lost £50m even though the wagebill was 'only' £37.4m?
