Is correct.

well, they're reported to have been v close to signing him on a Bosman. Doesn't seem as likely now, does it ?

Re: Elmander and the contract shiz
Hoffenheim are reported to be interested in a summer move for Johan Elmander.
The German club are the latest European outfit who have been mentioned as possible suitors for the Sweden international who could potentially leave for free when his contract expires at the end of July.
Bolton chairman Phil Gartside will meet with Elmander’s agent, Anders Wallstein, in the next fortnight to resume contract talks after an initial offer of a 12-month extension to his current deal was rejected in October.

Bolton chairman Phil Gartside will meet with Elmander’s agent, Anders Wallstein, just as speculation coincidentally mounts that every tom, dick (/sode) and harry is being linked with him. Completely coincedentally.

Hasn't Gartside been supposed to meet with Elmander’s agent "in the next fortnight" for several weeks now?

Seems like it, I got the impression from somewhere it was the first week in March, i.e. this week.CrazyHorse wrote:

The players you fail to sign never lose you any money.
