We'll lose again, and we'll be 7 points behind them.

Don't tell Cahill that, he's out of here come the 1st January in any time zone!2399 wrote:I'll be watching this game from the year 2012!!!![]()

Tell us the score beforehand then, so we'll know whether to watch it or not, will you?2399 wrote:I'll be watching this game from the year 2012!!!![]()

You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

Given that we're adrift of the team in 17th I would say that if we lose or draw this then we should start preparing for the championship.
A win would give us hope, and it's the hope that kills you! I don't want hope!

Consider myself quite the happy clapper, away the lads kind of bloke but I feel we are doomed with no chance. Good news is we usually win when I have this feeling ...

With Cahill's transfer being done and dusted this is officially his last game for us (if he plays).
I think I heard that Ricketts and Sean Davis are contention for a place, unless I misheard and it was Kevin not Sean.

What type of response will Gary get? I mean I don't blame him for leaving, I'd so the same if Chelsea came calling! I just hope he doesn't go bad mouthing us now!

Sean Davis hasn't been registered as a player - they can register him in January, at the end I think, so he wont play before then
Probably wont play after either lets be honest, unless Coyle picks him at left back or summat
Cahill deserves a decent reception. He hasn't been brilliant for us this season, but he's played with feck all protection in front of him, whoever is flavour of the week at right back, robbo, and worst of all Zat Knight, so I think he'd be able to claim extenuating circumstances!

Can play anybody in January, is like August. You can register/unregister players at any time during the month, to be finalised at the end. So Sean Davis couldn't play against Wolves, but could after. If it was at the end, Cahill wouldn't be able to play for Chelsea till the end.

There was something on the news earlier, but fee's been agreed! The thought of Chelsea not being able to afford Gaz's wages is laughable.thebish wrote:not sure it's done and dusted quite yet....Armchair Wanderer wrote:With Cahill's transfer being done and dusted this is officially his last game for us (if he plays).

Do we know what these wage demands are then? There's 'what Chelsea can afford', and then there's 'Cahill's agent taking the piss'.Armchair Wanderer wrote: The thought of Chelsea not being able to afford Gaz's wages is laughable.
