I quite like Mears but the number of times I've heard/seen him miscontrol the ball and it trickle out of play... So frustrating!

" A real nervousnes about Leeds" is the comment. Let's hope we can exploit that. " Good stuff so far" Good efforts to win the ball back by our lads. Some wrestling going on and Austin crashes Spearing who gets up and runs back into play. Still ding-dong stuff and Chungy doing his bit in defence. Spearing limping and Leeds get a warning for a tackle on Andrews. A bit slow but we're keeping decent posession. Leeds come again, Knight clears a header after some Diouf nuisance and they get a corner. Cleared...

Bogdan not had much to do so far and Leeds escape a booking for kicking the ball away. We get a throw on the corher flag after Pratley gets another Davo flick. Still pressing and we're getting forward well. Free to them now on the halfway line but goes nowhere. Pratley really figuring in things. Kenny has to dive for a distance shot from Eagles. Corner....Chungy..but it's cleared. Davo winning the flicks but not being capitalised on yet. Commentators seem happy enough with our efforts. A goal would be very nice about now.

Five from half-time and the defence is working well so far. Another bad pass brings boos from the homers. Corner to them after a bit of a battle but over the top it goes. Long Alonso throw in to us brings..Davo offside. Ticking down the clock as we win another throw. One minute added and Leeds come again evetually Spearing hooks it away. Byrom gets a cross in but a free kick brings half time whistle. 0-0. Boos from the homers.

All sounds tidy enough so far. We have to expect some pressure from a home side but Bogdan has not had to do much or make any real saves. Austin has ballooned a couple of half-chances over and wide and Dioufy is pretty lively, but our own efforts seem slightly the better. Our passing and possession-keeping had definitely improved. Just the goal/s needed. COME ON YOU WHITES.

Ready for round 2. Make it a good day lads. Come on. No chamnges mentioned..Here we go...
Early attack and we get a positive free kick in a good area. Short one but Leeds clear and break forward. Byrom and Green show well but we get the kick.

Home crowd waking up a bit and Ream makes a double clearance, heading back to Bogdan.
Bit of ariel tennis and Knight heads out for a throw. Leeds come again but we recover. Alonso has to knock it out and Ream has to give away a corher. Results in more Rugby effort from Leeds. Crowd really finding their voices as an Eagles efort goes well wide.

According to Radio Leeds, both teams as bad as each other, we're slightly better, but really giving Leeds some stick.

We win a free and eventually Alonso rifles one just just over. Good effort after good play. Keeny has to bang it out for a throw with Davo challenging as some of our lads warm up. Austing screws up a decent Leeds move and it's all very lively. We have a corner after a quick throw from Davo......Kenny clears. Not a good flick on loses us the ball and the animals are roaring and rattling the cage bars. Here we come again and Mears makes a bad pass to nowhere.

Seems a better game reading TDs notes. Listening to these Leeds commentators they are moaning and complaining about a lack of quality.

Leeds have a free forty out...is cleared. Kenny races forward and bangs it out for a throw. None of it matters without a goal. We want that goal....ooooh, we get away with a penalty appeal as Mears mauls their man. A real let off apparently. Here we go again and an attack breaks down. We keep possession and "Bolton look better" says the commentary.
