What we had during that spell was.

Great team spirit and some very good players.

Twenty years? Might as well be a thousand years ago for all it has to do with this current shower of shite.
I'm not asking you to 'think outside the box' I just wish you'd have a rummage around in it once in a while.

To be fair, if it wasn't for two clangers, we'd have beaten then at Burnden.

Spooky.
Third round, 20 years ago...winning away 2-0 to a top flight team after drawing 2-2 in the first game at home, having been 2-0 up. 20 years later, same again.
