Mine's gotta be 'boro a few seasons back. The celebration when Gavin Mccann buried the goal was unreal.
Hull away 1993, without a doubt. Down to 10 men and a goal down by half time. 10 men fight back score 2 goals (followed by pitch invasions) and we win 2-1. SJM scoring the winner.

I'll never be that hysterical about a Bolton goal again. Amazing wonderful night. Even Wembley against Reading wasn't that good for me.

Does it count even if you weren't actually there? Phil Brown's winner at Dean Court with what seemed like about 4 seconds left had me bouncing off the walls of my bedroom.
You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

Similar experience when Julian darby scored late at Southampton, I did a lap of honour round the house then returned to the radio to hear the dreaded words... Barry Horne.

I don't man your casual (in a non-football violence sense) pisspot, its the dicks who get absolutely leathered, climbing lamposts, fountains, pissing in people's front gardens, telling old granny-and-grandad types to f-off. Usually, from about February onwards, they're topless, arms aloft, blathering some incomprehensible shit about either the IRA or German bombs. If either of those subjects have any relevance to 1) Football 2) their lives at all. Usually the types who leave St Andrew's singing "where's your famous Zulu Army?!" They wouldn't sing that if they'd ever actually seen them. Bellends.

The ones who look about 16 who can't handle their booze are the worst.
Ahhh, the "shandies" as me and my mate call them. There was one lad at Blackburn last season, couldn't have been any older than 16 and he was definitely pissed up, he kept walking past and falling over onto me, I asked "here lad, how many shandies have you had?" no reply. I've asked about four or five "shandy lads" how many shandies they've had and none of them have said anything back. I don't think they're able to communicate with people apart from through grunts!

Oh f*ck! I remember that! Listening to it on our old radio in the kitchen with my dad. Have you ever seen the goal? WTF was Flapper Felgate doing?

Hull I was at. Best game ever. Simple as.

Bournemouth I was bouncing off the walls of m'girlfriend's bedroom.

Southampton I was at, headbutting the wall.

I did see it but have since erased it from my memory. Felgate is now coaching England's No.1 at Man City! Hope he uses that footage as an instructional video.
I did like The Cat though, was very proud of his 1 Welsh cap.

I thought his nickname was actually The Cap - and that he misheard it for something rather more flattering!
