Re: The Joy of (Twenty-)Sixth? Rovers / Boxing Day
Bolton striker Craig Davies faces a late fitness test after missing the last two games with a hamstring injury.
Joe Mason (hamstring) and Max Clayton (knee) are out, but Emile Heskey may be available to make his debut.
Blackburn's on-loan defender Alex Baptiste misses out as he is unable to face his parent club.
Midfielder Jason Lowe is a major doubt after suffering a recurrence of his foot injury in his second game back.
• Bolton won the last meeting 4-0 at the Macron Stadium in March.
• Bolton have won five of the last six meetings, losing the other. Blackburn's only win since 2011 was 4-1 at Ewood Park in August last season.
• Bolton have won the last four meetings at the Macron Stadium, since Blackburn won 2-0 there in the Premier League in November 2009.
• Bolton are unbeaten in their last seven games, winning four. Their last defeat was 2-1 at Norwich on 31 October.
• Bolton have won four of their last five home games, drawing one. Their last defeat at home was 2-1 against Bournemouth on 4 October.
• Blackburn won 2-0 against Charlton at home on Saturday - their first win in four games.
• Blackburn lost their last away game 3-1 at Brentford on 13 December - their first defeat in six games on the road.

Very nervous about this game...Hope that Lennon has them up for this game as it's a fairly big indication about our expectations for the rest of the season.

Looks like we're radio spectators today. N'er mind, brew's ready, running on the spot just finished and we're ready to roll. Bring it on....
Flying save from Lonners and they hit the post already. Shaky start by the Whites. Come on lads, get a grip.

It's all to and fro Hoboh, although Hall had a shot wide a minute ago. Danns chops a Dingle down on the edge of our box and.....and.....and.....Lonergan has to make a wonder save after a volley..

Corner us after some pressure from them and ....they get a free kick in their own half. Rhodes is down after a smack in the Merry Christmas gear. Pratley getting some good mention. We have a sally forth and ....Lee and....Prately fires one over after a bit of nice passing.

They get a free and......now Pratley gets fouled. Really good noise levels. And......again Lonergan has to make a fingetip great save after more pressure. "Top drawer" says the man. And.....we clear.

Re: The Joy of (Twenty-)Sixth? Rovers / Boxing Day
Sound like the Dingles are having most of the play, but fear naught, the spectre of Heskey looms over them. Hall and.....he doesn't get the free kick the man says we should have had. "Blood and thunder" says our roving reporter. And........Mills shins one away. Goal kick us.

Back they come and Feeney whacks one clear. And......and.......OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! and Eidur shoots just wide.....

Re: The Joy of (Twenty-)Sixth? Rovers / Boxing Day
Ream and......Hall.....and Feeney.....and....we get a corner after a surprise attack spell. And.....Danns loses it and ....Rhodes misses a sitter..Whew....

Re: The Joy of (Twenty-)Sixth? Rovers / Boxing Day
Eidur, Feeney....and .....and......we get a corner that the man claims should have been a penalty. Real flash-bang sounding stuff right now, the man says it could have been 4-3 them so far. At least we seem to have really woken up. And.....and...Pratley, Feeney...and..cleared. All action stuff and now us again. All happening.....

Re: The Joy of (Twenty-)Sixth? Rovers / Boxing Day
Oh....and Lee shows a bit of footwork. And now....."a Christmas cracker" says the voice from the ether. Edgy stuff but.....Eider, Vela, and we get...? some results, as if we care. Come on....tell us about the game....Now them and ....we lose it cheaply. "Sloppy..." Lonergan has the ball. Ream, and....Lee and....Ream, Dervise, Vela, and Hall gives away a free kick.
