Looks like 3-4-3Mar wrote: ↑Sat Oct 19, 2024 3:02 pmI'm sure you won't be saying forget today if we lose. Tuesday means sod all if we can't secure a win against this lot.BWFC_Insane wrote: ↑Sat Oct 19, 2024 2:51 pmWe’ve definitely broken records for most players getting injured outside of matches. Absolutely ridiculous now. And lots of lip service about stopping it yet same things keep happening.
Forget today. Tuesday night - without the only real midfield presence we have….super.
Have we reverted back to the 5-2-3 formation?
Might be the staff's way of saying, we weren't wrong, just watch, it'll come good?

Chances, chances, chances. I am shocked to my core.

This lot are fecking useless. We’ve barely got going and should be a couple up. Usual story of final ball / shot not being good enough.

Here we go. 27 mins in and their keepers faking an injury. Every fecking year against these c*nts.

Some decent, some half chances, and good efforts nontheless. 8 shots for Bolton.
We don't seem to be too far away in our efforts.
Initial thoughts are that Charles isn't going to get a free kick today given what i've seen so far.

I can’t fathom how poor we are from wide areas at times. It’s not even Cogley out there today. Look up, pass to a white shirt or hit the right area with your cross. We make it look so difficult.
Burton should have scored then… missed on the line?? How??

I don't know how Burton missed that.

Weather the storm, fake a keeper injury and then they will run out of ideas. The poor man league one guide to getting points at the Reebok.

Body shape all wrong from their player. Wasn't ready for the shot and it showed, should've been an easy finish.officer_dibble wrote: ↑Sat Oct 19, 2024 3:33 pmI can’t fathom how poor we are from wide areas at times. As for the play out wide. I can't tell if Williams is proving an improvement on the output over JDC at the minute. JDC's had one overlapping chance to cross and buggered it up and Williams' output hasn't been much better, especially in terms of crossing. Pass-backs seem to be our most consistent output that isn't utterly frustrating.
I'd be keen on swapping Schon and Williams for a touch as it stands.
Has Charles had a touch of a ball yet? Plenty of ball out wide, McAtee certainly should've teed him up for a goal there.

No Williams has been just as crap as JDC in the attacking third unfortunately. There’s only Dempsey who looks anything like at the moment, Charles not in the game at all.

They're just getting worse as the game goes on.
What the feck is wrong with this team?
Sheehan with the pass out of play now

In other news, Dion Charles may have scored for Cambridge today. Or it may have been N'lundulu. Google showing it as Kachunga's goal, their twitter feed showing it as N'lundulu.
Not won in the league yet Cambridge 2-0 Wigan.
Just our luck Schon's effort hitting Charles' backside.

No tutu either so the 6 weeks was bollocks, we’re crying out for some creativity on the right in particular. 2 minutes was as long as the keeper was down for, so another successful spot of cheating there.

If we can’t beat this shower, just delete the club.

Started off well, didn’t score and lost our head. Needs a reset at half time. Same as usual.

Best chances coming from our left.
John McGinlay saying it as it is. Always looking to beat another man before getting the ball into the box.
Nothing is changing with this lot. McAtee and Collins, other than the bright start have been shite.

Honestly the most depressed I’ve been watching a Bolton team ever. The most depressing style of football we’ve ever played. Paint drying is absolutely more entertaining than this. And that’s free to watch on YouTube.
This is two poor league one sides with little to offer between them thus far.
Again second half can only be better because that’s as bad as it gets. Awful.
