I bet these feckers won't be thinking about time wasting just yet.
Age and treachery will always overcome youth and skill!

Lovely set of results elsewhere as well. Obviously the games earlier proved really good, but...

Crawley 1-1 Reading FT
Stockport 0-0 Charlton FT
Birmingham 0-0 Lincoln City
Peterborough 1-0 Wycombe
Wrexham 0-0 Rotherham
Bristol Rovers 1-0 Huddersfield
Leyton Orient 0-1 Northampton

Could be one of those days if it stays like this.

There's a few of those today. They'll try and hide it as a result of lesser quality players, but they know what they're doing. Especially when there's a lot of those type of challenges.

Thomason has to just hit that. Messing about and this is not the game to do that in.

Think there might have been a few players in between him and the goal so he thought it better to pass ....??

Quite possibly a rarity us going a goal ahead at the Pirelli.

For what it's worth, we've done that twice and been pegged back. We've never had a two goal lead at their place, so lets have some history in the making.

Lets kill the game off.

Another massive chance….feels like sort of game you don’t want to be missing those in.

Agreed. Likely to be one of those sickeners that kills the good confidence we've got lately.

I’m unfortunately out in Broadstairs at the moment so unable to watch. Sounds like we’ve missed a few big chances?

Other relevant games going very well at present.

Collins scythed down middle of the park…not the not time either…but brought second leg round scissors style. Not seen a replay though…realtime to me think looked a red. They’ve targeted Collins and Sheehan in particular.

Agreed. Any time that they've got a non-critical part of the pitch, they've left some extra in on those players. For Sheehan its relatively standard (not that it should be), but for Aaron Collins it seems they're just trying to scupper his game.

Harsh booking for Sheehan that. It's clear that he fouled the opposition, clear that it's a shirt pull, but if you compare that to the ones that could injure a player and it's a poor show. Ridiculous that pull backs are yellow cards, but nasty challenges are let go at times with no punishment.

FFS. Saw that coming. They were growing into it.

On the replays, that definitely crossed the line, but thats more akin to Rugby than it is to actually kicking it into the net. Clear use of an arm.

How did he score... crawled it into the net.

Fear this is not going to be good now. Game was there to be killed off first half. Now this will be a huge test. Still not convinced that even went in. But is what it is.

Time to reimpose the superiority we showed for most of the first half.
