Re: The New Kit Thread
Personally, I'd have red adidas stripes, and red at the bottom of the sleeves.Plotty wrote:Was looking to incorporate red, but struggled to find a balance I liked.truewhite15 wrote:Wouldn't surprise me at all if you're bang on with that. Re: The New Kit Thread
Do Adidas do red stripes though? Red at the bottom of the sleeves would work though
Pfffft.
Re: The New Kit Thread
If it were red stripes on white sleeves I'd agree, but red on blue sleeves wouldn't work IMO.
Re: The New Kit Thread
On what fecking planet is a football kit 'sophisticated'. Unless you meant scientifically with all that clima-cool jazz so yon fatties don't get too hot. But I don't think you did.

Re: The New Kit Thread
I thought the 'tea-towel' shirt looked sophisticated. What's your problem?

Pfffft.
Re: The New Kit Thread
Mmm. I was just distraught the long sleeve one didn't have those little holes for cuff-links.

No. Whilst easy to do and cheap, biro numbers aren't easy to see from the stands. A Sharpie would be much better, and I could be right in saying it won't smudge in the rain. Interestingly, what would your white tshirt be made out of? Again would be a factor in what sort of pen you could use.Wandering Willy wrote:What a bunch of gayers.

I started with that attitude, but I keep coming back! I learnt what 'teal' means! Look it up, it's fabulous!

Why elephants .... & what's with the ribbons on that badge ?
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.
