I thought you said it was Trotter?

I wish I'd paid more attention in RE now.

I just remembered the reason I didn't.

If Trotter is John The Baptist, what's Alex Baptiste? (Remember, kids, the libel laws still apply on teh internetz).

I think it's important to state that you should never usher anything - it may lead to your house falling down.

What time is it? Can I go home, yet?

Yes, that's why we sent him away. Trotter only gets to go out on loan when he's improved!

IIRC - the sports therapists deduced that one of the reasons for Vela's poor injury record was his running style - they recommended some changes (just like in cricket a sports therapist might recommend a change to a bowling action to cut down the risk of knee/back injury)...

i think that's a reasonable thing to do at this early stage in his career.. unless we are happy with him being a perma-crock.

it seems to have worked - as he has had a run of games for Notts County without injury (more than he ever managed for us before this running-style intervention!). I imagine he'll be back and featuring more regularly next season.

before this he only managed 7 appearances for us IN TOTAL!

If Trotter plays his cards right, he might earn himself a loan place at Bury.

It is a good thing, but it seems like a chunk of thee squad needs it, unless I've just imagined it. Anyway, he'll come back and get injured. They always do!

We are being linked with Richard Stearman who is out of contract at Wolves at the end of this season. I'm not sure if he is any good but he is free.

Former Leicester City defender Richard Stearman, currently at Wolves, is being tracked by Celtic, Leeds United, Bolton Wanderers and Ipswich Town according to Sky Sports.

Stearman left Leicester City for Wolverhampton Wanderers following their relegation to League One in 2008 for around £1 million and has since had a loan spell at Ipswich Town.

Stearman has impressed this season in League One and is out of contract this summer, and the news of his availability on a free transfer has alerted a number of clubs, including SPL champions Celtic and Championship outfits Leeds United, Bolton Wanderers and Ipswich Town.

Wolves are understood to be set to offer the 26 year old a new long term contract, however they may struggle to match offers elsewhere.
Do not trust atoms. They make up everything.

^^^ "Stearman has impressed this season in League One "

Whoop, whoop !!
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

i'm not so picky... in many ways i'd rather have defenders who have impressed in league one than defenders who have sucked in the championship...
