Still maintain you have experience the crushing lows to fully enjoy the highs. Wembley every time. Biggest regret as a wanderers fan is missing the 2001 final because the 99 loss was so disappointing. bad move.

I bet none of the other playoff contenders have such poetry on their forums. We can cling to that if we fail. Wankers.

That was my line you terrible cnut!
In a world that has decided
That it's going to lose its mind
Be more kind, my friends, try to be more kind.

That and it'd mean we'd won in the semi. Getting obliterated by Stoke was absolutely worth it for Birmingham away in the QF.
I'm not sure about that. The Birmingham game was fantastic, and the atmosphere was something else. But the Stoke game was so utterly crushing, humiliating, and soul-destroying. If we'd lost out by the odd goal, fine. But was getting trounced 5-0 by a team no better than ourselves (at the time) in front of a national audience worth the jubilation of Brum?

I'm not so sure.
To continue to poetry theme...

It's better to have won and then lost than to have never won at all. For me anyway.

We got to Wembley FFS.

If the limit of our ambition is to be timid because of what might happen at business end of the season, lets get Ginger Bollox back. He'd have made damn sure we wouldn't have been there to experience it.
You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

The gingerist sentiment in this post is outrageous.
