Getting Tower no bother at home on Radio Tango.

No major incident so far as Murphy has a drag at Medo and we're sounding lively as we win the first corner. And....ohhh, a few penalty shouts from our lads on the back post but the ref slings a deaf one after a good Chungy corner. We sound to be causing a bit of aggro up front. Just need to make it count. Lonergan sees some action as an Ipswich shot goes over. No real sweat.

Ball's going forward at Beckford and N'gog. Chungy sounding lively and Ream gets the good words. We "sound" to be having the better of play with good regular pressure. A long free kick finishes up with Lonergan after a little diversion, thankfully. Ohhhh, keepr manages to hang on to a Chungy effort. Get one in the NET... Come on lads. Crowd making a bit of noise and the comments are positive (in the main). Good cross goes begging with nobody around. Tractors have a sniff before the ball swaps ends and Beckfors gets given offside. Now Lonergan has to make a good save as they come charging at us.

Twenty gone, no score so far. They come again and eventually Chungy gets it away and we win a throw in their half. Bolton having the possession but "switching off" occasionally, say the man. Plenty to-and-fro stuff as Chungy and Dan play swopsies. Here we go again and we lose out but get it back. MacNaughton gets floored after a charge forward. "Plenty of good football" is the description, with us playing most of it, but no results as yet. We'll have a goal any time now please lads, get one in the onion bag. And....a claim for handball against their defender gets a blind spot from the liner.

Chungy's had his Weetabix this morning and we're looking "more like Bolton of old" quoteth our town crier. And again we come and Spearing converts a try from way back. Tractors still having a dab or two, but then Beckford swivels on one that just goes wide. Better this. All we need are goals. Tractors again but snuffed out by our defence. Mills and McNaughton getting good mentions and...back they come again and get one wide. They are making chances, and win a corner that gets cleared. Tractors press again and Mills clears. Thirty two gone and still a blank sheet.

Tractors not sounding Barcelona-ish, so come on lads, get one in the bag will-ya? Commentators having a nice in-house chat again, they'll join us eventually. Chungy, Spearing Medo...Dans get floored but no joy. Chungy wins a corner of a deflections, and.....and....was that another hand-ball? Apparently not. Play stops for a minute as...Beckford, no Ream is down injured. Beckford and N'gog working hard but no joy yet. Sounds like we're good in spasms but none of it matters without the goal. Off again and we press forward but unfortuanately the ball comes off Beckfords heel and is cleared. Still no cigar, and now would be a good time to get one. They press and a cross is cleared. Now they get a free kick on the right about thirty out. And....cleared. Back again and cleared to a White shirt. "tempo died a bit" reckons the man, but then we have another dash forward.

Now Spearing pays a visit forward but the attack comes to nought. "Dominating the centre of the park" says our voice, and immediately they attack. Twenty five yarder from them goes over for a goal-kick. We're the best side but that counts for nothing without the goals (and points). Long throw from us and we get off-sided via Dans. I'm thinking we need to see Eagles, possibly Moritz to create something. A Tractor attack ends with us winning and clearing but they're awake as the whistle man sounds half-time. 0-0.

At the game, playing quite well getting in and around the box. Defending well at the back. Ngog is poor and would be my only change for Cravies.

Part Two commences. Tractors a bit slow coming out. Changes? None mentioned but I'm seeing some if this status quo remains. Tractors start it off but Ream clears. Now the commentators have a bit of a chat so I've no idea what's happening....oh, wait, Beckford has a wild swing at one. Chungy and Beckford do well and win a corner. And.....ohhh, it goes just wide...inches..as Mills charges in. Just over the sticks. And....another good attempt goes siling over the bar from N'gog. Good start from the Whites and here we came again...Medo gets it back in but it's cleared. We really have to turn this pressure into a goal soon. Come on Whites (Yeovil beating Forest 3-0? )

Millwall still down at Reading. Obviously Feeney isn't helping them, especially on the bench. Send him on back...

We need a goal. Please pass the message forward. We win a free kick, but it's down our end. It's all us but no end product yet. Surely......we can get one, two, three....? McNaughton getting good words but good words are not points. Get Eagles on....soft pass goes astray from Baptiste. "Doesn't feel like a 0-0" ? Wtf does that mean? It is 0-0. Now McGoldrick manages to get past Ream and fire one wide. Thirty to go, time to score a couple and nail it up. COME ON YOU WHITES......Medo, Beckford..oooh, and we win a corner as their defence scramble. And...and....Chungy hammers one from eighteen yards but the keeper hands it over the bar. And.....another corner. We're doing everything but score....and it's cleared. Cravies warming up on the sideline.

We have to make all this mean something, and that said, Murphy manages a good shot on goal that gets deflected for a corner. And Medo flicks it over our bar from three feet out. Corner cleared but back they come. Get the ball, get it on the deck and get it forward, will ya?
Now Chungy wins a free, but it's in defence. "Bolton gone a bit sloppy" he says, as we finish up back in our half. And.....it's a yellow for them as Beckford gets chopped twenty out. COME ON....and....Medo....and.....1-0.... :oyea:
