Not what we wanted to hear, voice claims defitnitely offside, but we're a goal down anyway with three or four mins to half-time. Commentator going mad at the officials. And now......we go and....Ohhhhhh an Eidur shot saved, then from Lee and we get a late corner and.......ohhhhhhh and eventually Danns gives a free away. High excitement.

Now.....with 1 min added, Pratley gives a free kick away and......it's end of Part One.

Sounds a real ding-dong-do (with a Christmas remembrance for good old Dave Higson). Commentators still ranting about that goal being offside. Fact remains, we're one down. What a game to come back and win. COME ON YOU WHITES...

Bit difficult at time DJB. A combination of sparse info, imagination and ESP.DJBlu wrote:I can't listen to these 2 clowns.

And.....they have an early dash at us but we clear. Commentators have a chat amongst them selves then we sally forth again. Throw, Feeney figures then.......again and....we win a corner..
and.......and......Danns and....Pratley and......Heskey and....side netting. Lively start.

Re: The Joy of (Twenty-)Sixth? Rovers / Boxing Day
Lonergan has to mop up a break before they charge us but we clear again. Deep Free kick us and.....now they have it and Danns pressures us a throw. Vela and.....fouls Olsen who goes down like a marshmallow ballet dancer. Pratley gets fouled and....it goes back and Lonergan grabs it. Now.....Eidur, Lee, Veal, Heskey, Pratley, Lee and.......they clear. We clear well and break but they recover. Sounds like a bit of clogging creeping in as the Dingles get a free. And they cop a yellow for a foul on Pratley. Feeney and........Vela and........hard luck. Now Pratley , Danns, Heskey and Danns loses it but Mills clears. Here we go again and......Danns gives on away. Danns getting a bolloxing. Eidur wins a free but they clear....

Re: The Joy of (Twenty-)Sixth? Rovers / Boxing Day
And some more pressure from us and......Vela, Feeney, Heskey....and the keeper grabs it. Can I believe this: Eidur and Emil as Butch Cassidy and the Moondance kid.....
Eidur again and....Lee...and....Ohhhhhhhhhh Pratley offside as Heskey nods one over.
