And Bruce reckoned they changed their minds at the last minute for some reason, possibly after they had met him face to face(happens a lot to him apparently, poor love)

Ok imagaining we had a choice of Bruce Warnock and Curbishley it's not that inspiring. Bruce on a downbward spiral, warnock never succeeded at the top tho never really backed either, curbishly decent at charlton but wasnt he a disaster at west ham(possibly thried to play the west ham way!) Not sure any would have been a better bet to keep us up.
Either/Or have records, better than out current incumbent. Both are/would be risks, but when the Dr say's you're fooked, fancy trying "X", then you probably give it a shot.

QPR are better than we are. They beat Swansea three nil at home a week or so back.

Reality is that Spurs will look like world beaters against us.

But that will be because our shambolic lot will just sit back and let them play instead of getting into them from the 1st minute and playing with pride, passion, guts & tempo - this set of Bolton players have none of those attributes and just don't look bothered or fired up.

Something just isn't right at the Reebok with this current managerial set up & squad - in terms of tactics, organisation, effort & motivation we look & play like a pub team on a Sunday morning after a heavy Saturday night !

And we beat QPR home and away, so you're just getting a little bit giddy now. Calm down, man, you're coming across as unhinged.

We did, but they were a completely different team on the opening day to the one they are now player wise. And let's face it we got the luck to beat them at the Reebok.

Be honest Bruce do you honestly think we shall finish above them in the league?

What I do know, fella, is that we can finish above them in the league, and I'll remain on that thought path til such time that we can't, should that time ever come about.

And on a couple of occasions when the ball goes in to the crowd, they refused to give the ball back and Bale jumped into the crowd to get the ball
