Bolton Wanderers have signed defender Dedryck Boyata on a season-long loan from Manchester City.
That's that sorted.

Its cos they've given him the shirt they had set aside for SWP
Re: TKIZ's impossibly brilliant all new Transfer Rumours thr
Would have been even funnier if he'd have said 'I'm really happy to be here'

Was it his Daddy who said a few weeks ago that Bolton wasn't an option, but Everton was tempting ?

General consensus is QPR have raised the Wright-Phillips fee to 3 million. I both hope and expect us to be unwilling to pay so it seems we can finally lay waste to the story. Hope we have a good plan b on the winger front. Expect N'Gog transfer to go through mon/tue.

He did and I apologise.Lord Kangana wrote:TBF I think he said a couple of pages back that he'd like to see a loaner for 12 months rather than spend the millions on Seany WriP.

Yup...the SWP one has arsed about too long...wonder when we did make a bid - if it was the day after chungy got nacked, you cant say we havent done all weve can. Hope we have a back up; we look really light out wide for a team thats rooted to 442.

Qpr and Swp seems likely now. All the best ...
Re: TKIZ's impossibly brilliant all new Transfer Rumours thr
The fee is set by Man City not QPR. Once they've given other clubs permission to speak to the player at an agreed fee, they can't then decide to increase the fee just because another club offers more.wanderers_on_tour wrote:General consensus is QPR have raised the Wright-Phillips fee to 3 million.

Are you sure on that last point? Never heard that one before...And if they can't, it'd make bugger all difference, coz I don't believe that a Club could be forced into accepting an offer of £3m from Club (1) when there was a £10m offer from Club (2), just because Club (1) offered the player £100k per week and Club (2) offered him £10k per week.BL3 wrote:The fee is set by Man City not QPR. Would have been a decent signing in the short-term, but you look at it in 12-18 months time and you've got a 30/31-year old towards the upper end of the wage budget who could quite realistically be our third choice right winger. He's never been in Chungy's league and when he's fit, Eagles seems decent back-up with age on his side.
What we could really have done with is a loan for the season. Where is that Pedro Leon muppet when you need him?

So anyone got any ideas for who besides SWP we could get in on short deal to fill in at RW?
