I think the new kit is great. Best I've seen in years (particularly like the hooped socks). There, I've said it!

As pointed out, other badges/coats of arms have elephants. Let's be original and replace the elephant with a Norpig.Zulus Thousand of em wrote:I think the new kit is great. Best I've seen in years (particularly like the hooped socks). There, I've said it!

Yeah, I like the shorts and hope my instant dislike of the socks is proven wrong. I also dislike the unnecessary blue and red flashes – those showing through from the back look worrying.Turkish Trotter wrote:Agree that a plainer shirt without the sweatstains would have been better, but the shorts are better than last year without the white bit under the crotch, i never did like that. I'm unsure with the striped socks, think they may look better on than off.TANGODANCER wrote:The red and blue sweat stains are spoiling a classic looking Bolton shirt. Looks like the "designer" has put them there as an after-thought. Red never did have any place on a Bolton shirt.adamworthy2002 wrote:![]()
But a nice kit, overall.

Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

Can you do your "world's biggest bellend" pose for me, plese?
You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

Well, it was about 1947 when I first went to Burnden and we sure played in black and white then. Can't comment on 1874. My first pair of football socks were just like those "new" hooped ones.CrazyHorse wrote:Shirley we played in black and white in 1874?

Be as gobsmacked as you like buddy, but from 1946-1951 we wore black shorts, not navy blue, but black.William the White wrote:Really?
