York have asked for both tiers, so that's 5,000 tickets?

Dave Sutton's barnet wrote:Chelsea are unpopular. They have a heartland stretching out into Surrey and halfway down the M3, but neutrals seem to dislike them with perhaps surprising passion. I know this from FourFourTwo research and indeed hard evidence: issues with Chelsea players on the cover always sold terribly.
I have a cyber friend, DSb, who was once an ardent Chelsea fan and had been for many decades (he's about my age). He no longer bothers to go to games as the new ownership and exorbitant ticket prices have him totally disillusioned with the club. I don't think he can bring himself to attach his favouritism to another club after so many years and his non-attendance is in no way a protest as it comes from pure disappointment.

To you Yorkies, welcome - it's nice to see that there are still decent people involved in football rather than using it as an excuse for thuggery. Unfortunately I won't be there on the day, but I do hope that you have a good experience at the Reebok and around and about Bolton, whether you win, lose or draw. Cheers. :D

I may have missed it, but do we have a date set for this yet? I want to try to get it in my diary.

8th or 9th.

I've no time for fans who go to the match to put on a 'show', it's all a bit Dorothy if you ask me. I much prefer to go to my stadium and sit in silence, occasionally calling someone a cheat when they don't deserve it.

For some reason that doesn't surprise me.

Syncronised?

I forget, which club has some goon run the length of the pitch with a flag accompanied by the the music of James Brown, every time they score?........... Which of the two clubs has some bloke incessantly pounding a massive drum, regardless of whether anyone is actually singing......

Answers on a postcard.

Really ?!?!

They made me feel good.

Like they knew that they would.

First batch of 3,000 tickets for the lower tier are in the post. Club notes tickets for the upper tier will be made available once we get to about 2,500 in sales.

Waiting to hear when they'll go on sale.

Got any nice pics of this stand in question? :)
