Re: Bolton v QPR
At those f*cking prices you want to hope that Bernie's private army will sort London out before saturday.
You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

Unless you want to meet for a beverage in the ground, riots permitting?

Police have asked all London clubs to call the games off!
I think it's Coyle's doing! He's clearly begged the FA for more time to sign a striker.

Put it this way, I'd fancy us to beat QPR after they've taken a few beatings and the Premier League shine has worn off.
Also gives us time to get players in, and start off at home, albeit with a hard game.
Blessing in disguise?

Have they? Or is that just made up?BWFC_Wyles wrote:Police have asked all London clubs to call the games off!I think it's Coyle's doing! He's clearly begged the FA for more time to sign a striker.
Beeb are reporting that there have been "discussions" around the weekend games, but sensibly a decision won't be made till later in the week.

Just going off what I've been told. I think it all depends on what happens tonight/tomorrow in terms of more riots.BWFC_Insane wrote:Have they? Re: Bolton v QPR
It was certainly being yellow-barred last night on both BBC & Sky that "police have instructed London clubs to cancel football games" but that is the midweek Carling Cuppers @ WHU, Palace etc. Oh and England v Holland.
"BBC Sport understands the Premier League has had talks with the police over this weekend's matches involving London clubs but believe it is too early for a decision to be taken."
