Re: QPR thread
Trying to give my STs away for a game gave me a thought that if others can't use theirs for some reason would it be worthwhile having a sticky thread on the topic of recycling tickets for TW members. Of course there's an element of trust but it would be a good way of ensuring at least someone benefits from seeing the game if the ST holder can't go....just a thought

Why can't he just say 'QPR have good players and a good manager'
Why does he have to be 'fantastic'?

Why does he have to be 'fantastic'?

Re: QPR thread
I like that idea. Who can authorise sticky's? where are all the administrators when you need them?Salford Trotter wrote:Trying to give my STs away for a game gave me a thought that if others can't use theirs for some reason would it be worthwhile having a sticky thread on the topic of recycling tickets for TW members. Muamba tweeting: "Nothing surprises me anymore"
Cryptic clues into another non-starting appearance? More centre backs in midfield? More central midfiels on the wing? More Pratley?

So, is it a positive feeling then? I might be looking to subsidise the front page with another match preview from the Sparking Clog hostelry. Get your views in.

Muamba in nets, NGog right back and Tim Ream playing lone striker, right midfield and centre half all at the same time.boltonboris wrote:Muamba tweeting: "Nothing surprises me anymore"

All this calling everyone fantastic is purely for when OC's looking for work. If he's nice to everyone he might get that next contract. Good to know where his priorities are.
Just been watching that QPR docu on iplayer. Didn't realise they'd had so many managers under Flavio. Almost felt like I want QPR to do well after watching it. Do we have a four year plan?

The players you fail to sign never lose you any money.

The Sparking Clog Iron snug is empty as everyones gone to the match.TANGODANCER wrote:So, is it a positive feeling then? I might be looking to subsidise the front page with another match preview from the Sparking Clog hostelry. Get your views in.
Six pointer weekend with Trotters v QPR and Wolves v KFC. Coyle's collective pick straws for positions. Chaos reigns on the pitch with both sides defending deep; at one stage the ball rolls into the centre circle and neither side dares send anybody forward to retrieve it. The second half sees Barton bite his own leg off in anger, and Coyle substitutes N'gog for Jussi as a second goalkeeper. Waves of defenders patrol their own goallines and both sides become even deeper, each one adopting an 11-0-0 formation. Just about when it is certain that a goalless draw will result, Pratley, while playing keepie-uppie on his own penalty spot, manages to accidently miss it and the ball rolls off his arse into the back of the net. 0-1 to QPR and Barton bites his other leg off in celebration.
Later that afternoon Blackburn gain three points and climb out of the mire for a week /or Wolves get three points and leave Bolton deep in the shit with Wiggin (who are royally stuffed by Norridge on the Sunday).

Re: QPR thread
Sounds about right, apart from the Barton bit......he would, if anything, bite off SWP's head and then kick it into the away supporters in the South stand. The Axman wrote:The Sparking Clog Iron snug is empty as everyones gone to the match.TANGODANCER wrote:So, is it a positive feeling then? Re: QPR thread
What's going on eh? I mean seriously. We drowning in a sea of relegation through picking players out of position, out of form and out of loyalty, we've no fight, no team spirit and no personal pride.
Our manager wants to be everyone's best mate, our chairmans a gibbering fool and now we've got our own players taking pot shots from the half-way line at our own goalie.
Jesus Christ man. When did the ozone layer escape? Are we all dead and this is a some kind of hell?
No wonder I drink.

I'm not asking you to 'think outside the box' I just wish you'd have a rummage around in it once in a while.
