Johnston's a fcuking defensive liability. He lost his man in the first minute, now that for their best two chances.

Another defence mistake, how many now? This is too perfect for Morecambe, the one thing we didn't want is them leading and now sitting back further.

FFS. Massively dominant yet again and self destruct. The idea is right, execution is terrible. We should be well up here and yet we're one behind. Cue the timewasting yet again. This side has good character to it so we should be okay here, but 1-0 is a hard scoreline to take.

This could feel really really good if we come from behind. Or, if we don’t, one if the most annoying feelings I’ve had in years.

My prick of a friend has us on his coupon again so probably.

Well two clear mistakes in that first half. Johnston and Charles. That's the difference, we've been by far and away the better side. Ref letting them take lumps out of us without so much as a word.

Absolute fecking disaster we are losing this. Refs letting everything slide and the masters of time wasting are here. We’ll be lucky to get twenty minutes football second half.

The kettle has turned! Football is a right bastard sometimes.
Got to use it. Should still win. They couldn't handle us for large parts until we took the gun out and the shoe off.

Charles is the reason we’re not winning this. We started to panic at the end of that half, lost our heads. One nil up and that doesn’t happen.

That's the impression i'm getting. Morecambe are very much one of those teams that like to stop us by fouling us off the park. Ref should be aware of it prior to the match, maybe knows, but if that is their tactic then at least book them for the actual fouls that they're giving away.officer_dibble wrote: ↑Tue Mar 08, 2022 8:52 pmAbsolute fecking disaster we are losing this. Playing too slowly for me. Get the ball wide overload the box make them defend it. If they do that for 45 minutes fair play. But after the first twenty we ended up with the playing in front of them trick that does nothing, achieves nothing and leads to the defensive howler we saw.
