He's very sensitive, gets easily excited and spits when the pressure gets too much.

You would hope Dervite would be moved on because for all but a tiny bit of the season he was utter shite.freeindeed wrote:If he does sign a CB, surely with money so tight, it means one of Ream, Wheater, Dervite or Baptiste will be moving on?Riviman wrote:http://lionofviennasuite.sbnation.com/2 ... d-defender
Report from LoVS of possible signing.
He's represented Spain at every level from U16 - U21
I tend to agree with DSB that it's certainly strange we're pursuing players in areas we have a surplus in yet not targeting positions we absolutely need to strengthen, but if the right person comes up and it's in the budget we should go for them. It's not like we're overburdened with quality at the back...
Re: If carlsberg did transfer threads.....This would be it!
How anyone can look at that list of four and jump and Dervite is beyond me.
Maybe he needs to give away penalties three weeks in a row then go on loan.
Or be absolute wank for two years before improving to just shit for the next 18 months.

I told you Pratley was diamond!
Re: If carlsberg did transfer threads.....This would be it!
You also said Lee was wank and Trotter was good so make of that what you will!
And Pratters had a good two months. I'm hoping he can pick up where he left off but he was gash for three years.

As I open my book of life for another day, I turn the pages to 'T' for transfers. Feck................. It's blank. Again............
Re: If carlsberg did transfer threads.....This would be it!
Chris Maguire - now leaving Sheff. Wed on a free... scottish international winger - also sometimes plays up top...
allegedly we are interested and so are Leeds - and we've nipped in first - having already talked to him (and offered him a large bag of Pickled Onion Monster Munch and a bumper box of felt pens)

I've just checked. Half the felt tip pens are missing and the Monster Munch are out of date.thebish wrote:Chris Maguire - now leaving Sheff. Wed on a free... scottish international winger - also sometimes plays up top...

I can't see this happening as Leeds have just bought Chris Wood for around £3.5m and seem to be loaded.
Do not trust atoms. They make up everything.

I see Eidur has signed for that Chinese club. That must be 3 for and about 25 against Plymouth

Other than giving Plymouth credit where it's due on this one, I'm not that fussed. Eidur hardly set the place alight last season, to the extent that if he was on anything like comparatively serious money, I'd look to spend it elsewhere, same with Heskey. Didn't do enough to make a significant difference, although both might have helped steady the sinking ship.

Yeah. Why would we want Eidur when Owen Garvan's available

Yup, that was the sort of trade-in, I had in mind.Bruce Rioja wrote:Yeah. Why would we want Eidur when Owen Garvan's available

Re: If carlsberg did transfer threads.....This would be it!
Eidur's Chinese contract only runs until the end of November, so potentially he could be back with us for Christmas, if indeed we think we need him. I'm unconvinced, although I'd love to hear Dave Whelans thoughts on this.....

Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.
