In general:

atdhe.net and channelsurfing.net - usually high quality, but won't show us if we're playing the likes of Stoke, Sundlund, Baggies etc

iraqgoals.com - slightly lower quality, ditto

if none of those three are showing try your luck at my.p2.eu and justin.tv - definately mixed bags and 'ware spyware/trojans
