A host of Wanderers first-teamers have departed for international duty for their respective countries as qualification for Euro 2012 gets underway across Europe over the coming week.

I guess we can use this thread to post updates and such? News is that CYL will be playing up front as a striker in Korea's upcoming friendly against Iran on Sept. 7th. The formation is supposedly going to be a 3-4-1-2 (the new coach recently introduced his 3-4-2-1 formation on his debut). I'll let you guys know how it pans out; if successful it could perhaps give OC a different option up front.

Which begs the question.. Why were we so shit when a lot of our players were international footballers? Bad management perhaps?

U21's can have 2 players over 21, Milner was playing them when he was 23.

Think he's quite fond of the phrase! when he was subbed after jussi's sending off he was going nuts at someone on the Brum bench, was caught quite nicely on camera.
