I guess we can use this thread to post updates and such? News is that CYL will be playing up front as a striker in Korea's upcoming friendly against Iran on Sept. 7th. The formation is supposedly going to be a 3-4-1-2 (the new coach recently introduced his 3-4-2-1 formation on his debut). I'll let you guys know how it pans out; if successful it could perhaps give OC a different option up front.

Which begs the question.. Why were we so shit when a lot of our players were international footballers? Bad management perhaps?

I don't think there is any 'perhaps' about it.boltonboris wrote:Which begs the question.. Why were we so shit when a lot of our players were international footballers? Bad management perhaps?

If they're 21 or under when qualifying starts, they can play.Gaz Tomorrow wrote:Isn't Muamba 22??thebish wrote:A host of Wanderers first-teamers have departed for international duty for their respective countries as qualification for Euro 2012 gets underway across Europe over the coming week.

Clash of heads, should be ok? Not his hammys or whatever it was that took him off on Sunday anyway. We need him in the groove!Uefa.com wrote:Further misery soon followed when Elmander went off in the 48th minute, following a clash of heads with Zsolt Laczkó.

U21's can have 2 players over 21, Milner was playing them when he was 23.t_o_molloy wrote:If they're 21 or under when qualifying starts, they can play.Gaz Tomorrow wrote:Isn't Muamba 22??thebish wrote:A host of Wanderers first-teamers have departed for international duty for their respective countries as qualification for Euro 2012 gets underway across Europe over the coming week.
