Cahill an England international - most of second half
Spuds player Dawson injured, shame really, it looked nasty. Big Gary Cahill on.

OK, cheap, but ....
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

go verbal - you ARE the apostrophe police - except in a hidden and sneaky way - drawing attention to it yet pretending not to and suggesting someone else might... nicely done!Verbal wrote:best edit that before the apostrophe police show up.bobo the clown wrote:so long as he doesn't get a Michael Rickett's size body !!!TKIZ! wrote:That may be the case but we don't have to sell unless Gazza gets a Michael Ricketts sized head.ebby wrote:well deserved, big shame for dawson, looked very nasty

did ok to my mind, not easy coming on under those circumstances and in a game that was tight at that point. looked a tad awe struck for a few mins then settled down ok , did not seem to do much wrong and got at least one important block in, goog luck to the lad and I hope he has done enough to keep his place. Great to see a bolton player in an england shirt.

Luckily I wasn't watching, but turned over just s Cahill came on. Thought he might score early on he certainly fancied one off a set piece. He did ok, but possibly out of position for the Bulgaria break before our second and definitely gave the ball away lazily at the end. Still reasonable début, didn't do anything disastrous. Hope it works out and he gets a game on Tuesday.

Very pleased for Gay, but sympathy for Dawson ... & he's had fitness issues before.ebby wrote:well deserved, big shame for dawson, looked very nasty
Hecould be back in a fortnight, but looking at it on TV & then seeing this pic I suspect it's the season ... if not actuallycareer threatening. Hopefully not, but look at this ...
