i doubt villa are gonna want to take a punt on a player who has a rape charge hanging over him... if he goes to prison - bad deal!!
Re: January transfer window...
I wouldn't mind getting rid of Klasnic and replacing him with someone who isn't so similar to Elmander and Davies. Still think we need more pace up front.
I'd also love to get Nathaniel Clyne from Palace, he's one of the best young full-backs in the country and probably could be snapped up for a reasonable price due to Palace's recent struggles.

How is Klasnic similar to Elmander and Davies? He's white?

Big, strong, not especially fast.

Re: January transfer window...
Klasnic looked very much part of the "together" squad at the end, big grin on his face and hugging his team mates. Looks happy, and will get a chance at some stage. Think he's settled himself with Mr Holden off the field too, can't see him wanting to leave.
Wonder if it will take til Jan or end of the season before Holden starts to get linked away. That goal today will alert some scouts, great technique under pressure.

Obviously I don't want to sell Holden, but if we had to we'd certainly be able to demand a lot of money. Really highlights the benefits of signing younger, less heralded players.

Re: January transfer window...
He really is the final piece of the jigsaw. Cohen was always the weak link.
And with Petrov, Coyle gave Taylor the kick up the arse he needed.
I feel I should be writing how its all going to go to ratshit, but, well, I don't want to. Quite frankly.

You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

First question (because I have no idea).
Is he any good?

Re: January transfer window...
He's an alright squad player.
Mind you if Coyle can feed him what he's fed Robinson, Ricketts and Holden then he could be sen-bloody'sational

Re: January transfer window...
He would be a decent signing, I think.
Re: January transfer window...
well - we have one advantage we didn't have in the last couple fo january windows - we're in the top half of the table - that has to make it easier to attract our targets....

Haven't heard of Trashorras, but looking forward to seeing what he can bring, if we can sign him.

Re: January transfer window...
I'm not into the "hey, we'll have him ... & him ..." stuff, but one name who is being mentioned a good deal, who is a very, very good footballer, local, appears to be spoken of in the £3m range and has worked for Coyle before is Blackpool's Charlie Adams.
I can't actually think where we'd play him or who would lose out, but as an addition to our squad he has to be worth it.

Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.
