Kevin Davies Free >>>>>> Johan Elmander £squillions.

Johan Elmander = millions of talent
Davies free worth of talent

Without Big Sam he would somewhere in League 2

He's right, without Allardyce and with Megson we nearly were.

i think he's fecking off on a free. he's not being a cock yet he's used as a benchmark for shite

maybe folk dont take to kindly to his type round here .

i dont know what it is.

i'll bet he'll get some stick off the armchair beancounters if he does do one - "he cost me all that for 9 goals !!!!!!????"

And rightly so. He's taken us to the cleaners for money, if he has an ounce of dignity, he'd stick around and repay it.

That'd be Martin "£8m - £11m and 10k a week less" Petrov I guess? Wonder why?

who cares , it aint their money, they moan about it like it is , but its not theirs.

every time johan goes goalless (a lot, admittedly) the abacus crew get on his back.

if they'd view the other players as theyve viewed johan i'd take the point that johan's bobbins and a waste of money, but my guess is the figures show otherwise probably that diouf or martin or some "fan fave" is/was more of a value for money error than big paul, ricketts, zat , johan or whoever else some fans had prejudged as being a waste of money and or too shit for us.

admittedly i'm giving martin p. similar ill judgement, but thas just coz i think its funny that a injury prone (?) city reserve (?) was viewed as a allardycian masterstroke. while matt taylor was perfectly ok. maybe our owen thinks we need two left footed types, we probably do. but when we were buying fullbacks the abacus crew were saying it were a waste.

its slightly hypocritical or choosing only facts that fit.

No, its life. We don't have much money. If we spunk loads of it on someone who's not that good, only a moron would endorse it.

We don't have much money, we spent loads of it on a very average player, you like him. Go figure.

he's alright. goal every six/eight/whatever or so games is a bit poor, i think super kev's is better than that.

folk know what davies does.

maybe johan does his bit too.

either that or its a face saver .

To be honest Brucey sort of nails it, good game, good game. Nothing to do with the goal this thread, just the overall get stuck in, get it right up ye performance really was the point. Sorry such a lead by example game upsets you Sir nice person,

SKD had a great game today contributed left right and centre, as did the rest of the team thought it was a great team performance and a building block of confidence for the big game next Sunday
