Everton away

Post by Verbal » Sat Nov 06, 2010 6:55 pm

A wolves thread, but no thread for our game on wednesday?

Either way, Bolton come up against an improving Everton side this week, who are gaining momentum after a poor start and now have just one point fewer than ourselves.

Thoughts, predictions etc.

(oh and to save your typing fingers, just copy and past this "we're dooooooooooooooooooooomed" when and where necessary)

its a bit like Aston Villa away, i just ignore the fixture and hope it pass by without incident - if we get a similar result as we did there this year ill be happy!

This is one of the games I write off at the start of the season when I see the fixture list.

Ouch that's a shocker of a stat isn't it?

Been a funny fixture down the years for us. There's no reason to fear them as such, but we'll need to battle and steer clear of any defensive errors. I think 2-3 points from these two away games will be a good return and I don't see a reason why we can't nick 1 of those at least on Weds.

They're buggers from set pieces, and we've conceded a few from these situations this year. But I think our wingers can hurt them, and let's hope the away form of Elmo continues.

If Petrov were to start ahead of Taylor in either game, I think this might be a good one to do so.

Must agree we are dooooooooooooooooooooomed in this one unfortunately  , 2-1 loss I'm afraid with Cahill (either) scoring all three.
Depression is just a state of mind, supporting Bolton is also a state of mind hence supporting Bolton must be depressing QED

2 - 1 to the Wanderers.

Delighted if we can come away with a point to be honest, and reckon that we're good for one. I'll go 1-1.
