1-1 We will have to wait another week at least before we have our 3rd loss of the season.

Going to this one also, an American chum has made the long journey to watch us against the Citeh massive. Hope we can show him some of that samba football. :D

The lucky McAnespie shirt is making an outing, good record so far with it.

We have a chance if Stu starts.

Well I've just bought tickets, gone up to £28 quid coz we're on extra. Sounds buzzing. We'll get beat like, but I'll hopefully be too hammered from the night before, and then the german beer to remember come Sunday.

can't work this one out....city don't score much, we'll go for it and likely score...maybe a score draw?

OR they will have enough defensive nous to pick us off on the counter, cos the only way to get something at Eastlands is to play like Birmingham and stifle them. Which we won't do.

Wonder if MArk Davies will play? I wouldn't mind seeing him play a match with Holden in the middle (yup, seen the other thread) but I don't think its this one. Think he will be the unlucky party and find himself on the bench.

Also worth a start for Petrov IMO. Old club, keen to impress, was impressive off the bench so show him its worth it and give him a game.

I'd drop Jussi as well if we had Al Habsi! He's pissing me off at the moment!

The way city seem to be set up at present makes me think our current style will be our downfall in this one.City have been dull and solid so a team that attacks them could be picked off. They seem to struggle more against teams that are attritional.Ironically the way we played in the dark days under that awful man would be more likely to succeed.

Which is pretty much agreeing with what Dibble said while I was writing

Robinson had a torrid time against Johnson last season. But he's done nothing to deserve dropping.. Hopefully Mancini will play Gareth Barry's arse on the right wing

Johnson's not been starting since that night out in St Andrews. Henry Mancini's first-choice front three seems to be Balotelli, Tevez and Silva.

He may want to utilise Johnsons pace and Robinsons lack of.
