Great so another disincentive to buy non-european players, they'll bugger off every couple of years for a month or so.

And LCY needs a rest, doesn't look like he'll get one.

We have options to replace him though so won't be a problem unless there are injuries.

Correct.

So it will be Rodrigo on the right if Lee goes to the Asia cup.

rodrigo is a good shout more natural choice but probaly a bit light weight and we should be bringing our own players on not others id be tempted to stick mark davies there

I'd try Holden out there and Play Davies in the middle. Maybe we can go all modern and have an inverted winger there and play Petrov

I have to confess to a bit of relief when I read this thread. From the title I thought it was going to be that Holden was out for the season.

Yup, yup, yup, yup.

Phew !!

I can't imagine it's a great surpise to him, Coyle or the club, really.

I think Coyle wants Petrov back in the team, he was a big signing, so I think Taylor will go on the right.

Yes it's great to have a good choice of players. I would be happy with Petrov or Mavies coming in. Not to sure about Moreno yet.

I would be happy to start Moreno in at least one of those games, see how he does from the start as he's done really well when coming off the bench.

Agreed, during the short stints he's gotten he has shown flashes of brilliance as well as reminding us that he's a bit rough around the edges. So I think a full 90 minutes will give us a much better idea of the player he is at this point in his development.

I'm in the Rodders camp. Think he's shown he's got the skills, definitely still a bit green but has the pace.
Pfffft.
