Fixture Change For Bolton

Next month's trip to Bolton in the Barclays Premier League has been put back 24 hours and will now kick off at 8pm on Wednesday, February 2.

This is due to the possibility of Wolves being involved in an FA Cup 4th Round tie with either Stoke or Cardiff on the preceding Sunday, January 30.

Should Wolves overcome Doncaster in next Tuesday's 3rd Round replay, the 4th Round tie will almost certainly be confirmed as Sunday, January 30, with a 1pm kick off, at the request of West Midlands Police after the draw also produced home ties for Villa and Blues, the latter involving a local derby versus Coventry.

So the following league game with Bolton has been pushed back 24 hours to avoid the possibility of Wolves having to play on Sunday and Tuesday.

In the event of Wolves not progressing against Doncaster, the trip to Bolton will NOT be moved again and will keep the new date of Wednesday, February 2 (8pm kick off).
