Bolton v Wolves

Post by William the White » Mon Jan 31, 2011 6:08 pm

Time to get the train back on the tracks. The first double of the season beckons. And the three points are starting to look needed.

2-1 to the Whites.

We always beat wolves

don't we?

5-1, Super John with a couple and Jimmy Phillips from 40 yards.

Really do need to get out of the slump and this is a good game to get out of it.

Looking at the fixture thing on the wall at my local on Fri night left me fecking depressed. Obviously I can't remember exactly the games, but I remember thinking there was only Wolves/West Ham and Blackpool we'd expect to get points from, and a few others we might fancy ourselves to. Need to start winning again, and soon. Win this, and beat Villa in a couple of weeks and all relegation worries slowly creeping back are eased.

2-nil Sturridge and CYL ball bouncing off his head on 6 yard box whilst fast asleep with jet-lag.
I'd rather support Bolton than be you.

I don't have a very good feeling about this.

Indeed.

We're pinning a lot of hopes onto a Chelsea player.

I reckon it'll be 3-0. Vela, Wright-Phillips and Pratley to score...

I remember when Robbie Keane did us in the FA cup.

I also remember thinking at the time, just before he scored, "we always beat Wolves, and we're due another good cup run...".

I hate football at times.

It was the Burnley game around this time last year wasnt it? Feels a lot like that one to me; massive night-time game and a mixture of nerves and excitement.

I'll take a just barely over the line goal 1-0 win again absolutely!

We'll be outfought, outplayed and only see the ball for about 40% of the game.

Sturridge to come on and look bright for the 7 minutes given as a late replacement for Muamba
