Nice article, but American sporting language jars. Stop referring to Bolton as 'it'!

Well I thought it was a really good article. Can't remember the last time I read such a lengthy review of a Bolton Wanderers player's season in the British press actually. Still can't be doing with the term 'soccer' though!

Sounds like Coyle's training sessions are enjoyed by everyone, which can only be a good thing.

In the NFL a 10-6-0 record would be 10 wins, 6 losses and 0 ties.

We generally draw a lot of games so maybe it's the same way round here.

A fairly cursory glance at the league table would show that we've won 8, lost 8 and drawn 9...

That ear-flicking game doesn't sound fun. Is that why Fab's are so big?

I think I've read about a dozen articles about the lad, all saying the same thing.

You'd have thought he wouldn't like talking about the time he had his face smashed in

Also, did anyone watch the pre-season friendly game against toronto? The american/canadian commentary...a counter-attack is a transition, a long ball is a deep goal attempt, and commentating on Zat Knight they said 'wow 6'6", I don't think I could get my balls over him!'
