Nice article!
It's interesting we don't do much work on tactics. I guess we do some then OC puts his trust in the players (to more of an extent than at Chelsea).
People always say that the manager picks the team based on what he sees in training. I'd love to see a training session then have a scout or someone talk me through what a manager would be looking for.

He seems to have a good head on his shoulders. Hopefully he has a successgul career even when he leaves us.

Comes across as a very level headed young man. I like how he doesn't socialise with other footballers, and therefore avoids the circus that follows. Good luck to the lad.
