Would you like to see the club badge changed?

Post by LiOC » Tue May 10, 2011 2:58 pm

From my experience there are quite a lot of Bolton fans who are either unhappy with the current badge and would prefer a return to a badge better representing this historic club. Just running a poll to assess the support for changing the badge, and if there is a positive response, take things forward to the BWSA from there.
Thanks.

I like the way BWFC is written, but I don't really like how the trailing ribbons make it look like the head of a travelling sperm.

So, I'm I the only one that actually quite likes the current badge then? :conf:

I have no opinion on it - it's like asking someone if they think water tastes nice

The current logo is better than the one before it imo, you'd have to go back to the very early ones in Nat's era and before.

Logos and anthems are not really our strong point.

This would be a proper logo...

I agree. I think, for me, the new logo just doesn't seem to represent a club like ours well enough. It's too "modern" looking for me, and doesn't well represent a founding member of the football league well, as well as it doesn't say anything about the town or county, with an elephant or rose or whichever symbol.

Elephants !

We want elephants.

... & I'm not going to watch the Wanderers live again till we get Navy Blue shorts back.

Megson out !!

No for me. I'm not a fan of clubs that change their badge all too often. Last thing we need is a crap looking badge and be stuck with it. At least we can all doodle this one!

The symbol you designed LiOC is 10 times what we have now. I think it is everything a club badge should be. Although i'm not sure i agree on the date
