He's been sleeping in an argon tent and anointing his poorly bits with essence of Tizer so I expect he'll be right as rain by Pancake Day.

says he could be back by end of jan, not sure if that includes get back to full match fitness. But if true we still should get a good three months out of him this season which would be a big boost and help for the final push which let us down at the end of last season

I'm fairly sure we didn't all collectively imagine LCY.

Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

I wonder if maybe we should be putting an extended contract to him ... Holden too. Sure thing that the 'big teams' they deserve to play for would have sniffed this past month had they been fit.
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

Didn't Holden get one last year? The Koreans might be optimistic but I am still doubtful Lee will get much if any playing time this season which will make him ours for another year. Holden on the other hand, if he returns to form, there will be more than sniffs this summer. Last year for the first half of the season it seemed only Bolton fans were drooling over his performances but that changed in the 2nd half the season, especially after the Guardian singled him out. Now he is getting plenty of media attention. The boy is now on the radar, and deservedly so.

In last season's form, how much would he cost? £17M?

maybe in theory-world - but we'd get nothing like that much - not even close - in the real-world.
