This is correct.

However.

OC mysteriously keeps saying that the Owner and Chairman know what we're trying to do, which seemed to be supported by Garty's he has our full faith etc...

Not holding breath. If they were going to act, surely they'd have done so by now.

What are we trying to do? Unless the answer is "break the record for fewest points in a BPL season", I really can't tell.

Perhaps some "people who know football" can help me out?

My understanding from people I know is that Gartside and the board are stunned and shocked at our league position as this was not a part of the plan....

What that says about what is going on is anyone's guess....

Well, I'm chuffed to hear that being stone bottom with 9 points from 16 games wasn't part of the plan. However, that doesn't really narrow down the options in terms of what we are trying to do.

Cut back on overheads (player wages), break-even or make money from transfers and reduce club debt.

Cheaper to rebuild from the Championship.

It's going to be painful but it sounds to me like this is happening.
The players you fail to sign never lose you any money.

Yes, all good and well. Now can we do it with someone who's not clueless?

Do yourself a favour, stop drinking petrol.
I'm not a fan of petrol, as it happens.

Kean would be a far better coach of the players, which is what we need. We don't need a "nice guy" who "motivates", we need someone with some actual coaching skill.

Excitingly, by Boxing Day this start might be as bad as Sammy Lee's - only over twice as long.

Fantastic!
Well if we start January with Coyle, then he here for good!

Was with a Macclesfield fan yesterday, they fancy their chances in the cup, rightly so!
